Say What?

EJ and I were having a conversation about a friend who was ill.  One of us said something about the friend having an infection.

Bubba heard us talking and asked, "What is wrong with your friend?"

EJ, "She is very sick.  She has an infection in her body."

Bubba, "So someone peed on her?!?!"

Say what?  How did that possibly connect?
