So I'm going to give out awards for the best and worst producers for the season. I know what you're going to say, we're not done with the season yet, but we're close enough that I'm pretty sure that I can place them where they're going to end up.
Best producing vegetable:
1. Cucumbers (Do you hear the roar of the crowd?)
2. Tomatoes
3. Green Beans
4. Green Onions
5. Cantaloupe
6. Carrots

Worst producing vegetable:
1. Corn
2. Lettuce
3. Peas
4. Potatoes
5. Zucchini
Lucky you! I know it is a ton of work but boy will you enjoy it this winter just as much as you have this summer.

ReplyDeleteOur pears were a bust this year. The late freeze killed off all the blooms. We also lost all the apricots and apples. Yuck! I hope next year is better!
