13 minutes 40 seconds

That's right...that was my mile time last night. Although, I know this isn't impressive to all you svelte runners out there but it is a huge deal for me! My usual mile time is about 15 minutes. There is a mile run in DW's city coming up at the end of April and I've got to get ready for it. Today, I am feeling like a Superstar!

    YEAH! Keep up the good work! I like the pictures too - but I now have this weird picture in my head of you putting your fingers in your armpits then smelling them.

    I'm so impressed! I am not a runner in anyway, so the fact that you're able to run a mile without stopping is very impressive. Keept goin', lady.

    You go girl. Keep it up. I would not recommend the finger smelling on a hot day's run.
